M-T Acres also reserves the right to refuse a sale at any time they see fit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No exceptions. No refunds or exchanges will be given. There will not be any guarantees or warranties of any kind.
Once the sheep or goat leave the care of M-T Acres we will at that point, not have any control over its well-being health, or treatment, so after the sheep/goat leaves M-T Acres Farm, it is the responsibility of the buyer to keep the sheep/goat healthy and taken care of. There are exceptions to this rule that will be dealt with properly and professionally case by case.
If in the event you can no longer take care of the sheep/goat you buy from M-T Acres Farm, it is the ultimate responsibility of the buyer to find the animal (s) a new home.
Payment Information
M-T Acres will only accept cash or payment via paypal, sorry we will not be able to accept personal checks unless prior arrangements are made.
If paying by paypal we ask that you add 3% to the total cost that you are paying each time.
Reservation & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any sheep/goat listed on the sale page for up to 30 days while shipping arrangements are made.
Should the buyer back out of the sale, or not pay in the agreed upon time, any monies paid are forfeit and the animal may be put back up for sale. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (including crates) as well as any vaccinations, testing and/or health certificates required by your state.
Delivery can also be made meeting half way or delivering to your farm for a nominal fee.
All animals must be paid in full before transfer and animals picked up at the farm must be paid in cash.
All animals are sold on a first come first serve basis and by reservation.
A $50.00 deposit is recommended to hold your choice of lamb/kid from the breeding that you want.
Once lambs/kids are born, we will contact people in order of deposit, then general reservation.
If your first choice is not available (including owner retaining lamb/kid), the deposit may be applied to another available lamb/kid of your choice or you may wait for the next breeding on that ewe/doe.
Pricing of lambs/kids is based on lineage, conformation and potential.
Prices may be adjusted once lambs/kids are on the ground.
No animal will be held without payment in full or a deposit on the animals desired, as discussed with us by the buyer.
If animals are not picked up by the agreed upon time, then a $2.00 a day boarding fee will be charged per day there after.
After 15 days they will be placed back up for sale and any deposit received will be forfeited, unless prior arrangements have been made.
REMEMBER NO ANIMAL IS SOLD UNTIL PAID IN FULL
All animals will be marked as sale pending until a payment is made by cash or paypal.
In the event that something should happen to the animal between the deposit and leaving M-T Acres, we will return the deposit or apply that deposit towards another animal.
All buyers need to make prompt arrangements for transport or pick up of their animals.
Registrations and Paperwork
All goats, Tunis & Romney sheep that are sold as registered will come with filled out applications for registration or original certificates with signed transfers.
California Red Sheep will come with a Pedigree and appropriate paperwork that they can be registered when they reach their individual age requirement.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep these papers in a safe place until registered in their name. Buyer will be responsible for all charges of registration and transfers.
If any registerable animal is sold as UNregistered the prices will reflect that and therefore, no papers or pedigree will be given at anytime.
Health Papers , Shipping, Testing
Health papers, and any other testing determined by your state and shipping, are ALL the responsibility of the buyer.
It is also the Responsibility of the buyer to check with their state to see the state laws of imported sheep/goats from other states and inform me of extra tests so that they can be scheduled in a timely manner to reduce vet costs.
These costs will be added to the final cost of the sheep/goats.
Guarantee
All animals will be guaranteed healthy at the time of sale. Because we cannot control the animals environment after it leaves our establishment, there is no extended health guarantee. There are rare exceptions but that will be taken and reviewed case by case as we are not unreasonable sellers of animals.
M-T ACRES CANNOT GUARANTEE A SHOW CAREER OF ANY ANIMAL.
